Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at SB Aesthetics and Wellness S.C. D/B/A WishLane. The time you allocate for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that situations can arise that require a schedule adjustment; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for changes to your appointment and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, our office misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

If notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment: No charges

No-show, or if notification was given less than 48 hours prior to your appointment: A cancellation fee will be charged amounting to 100% of the average cost of the scheduled service.

Pricing is as follows:

  • Tox: $300
  • Peel: $300
  • Dermaplane: $80
  • Trigger Point Injections: $250
  • Filler: $650
  • B12 Injections: $25
  • Lipo Injections: $30
  • Tri-Immune Injections: $30

All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. Guests who no-show or cancel their appointment three times in a row will not be rescheduled and will be removed from the practice.

Return and Refund Policy

Products.
Unopened products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds or exchanges may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. There are no refunds on opened products for health safety reasons (with exceptions for a documented adverse reaction from a dermatologist). We may offer a full refund as a store credit if adverse reactions occur to your skin.

With many of our services, WishLane Aesthetics offers the ability to pay per treatment (pay-as-you-go) or receive a discount for buying a package (paying up-front). We are happy to offer this discount on our packages, but we must charge the pay-as-you-go fee if the package is disrupted prior to completion. Any cancellation or refund request for a package must be in writing. If discontinuation of your purchased package occurs before you have reached the end of treatment, you will be charged the list price (of the completed procedures), plus a 10% service charge. Refund will be paid 30 days after receipt of a request in writing.

EXAMPLE: A single microdermabrasion treatment is $125, but packages of six are sold at a discounted rate of $625. If a client requests a refund after the third treatment, the client will be charged the list price of each treatment received at $125 x 3 treatments + 10% service fee = $412.50 and will receive a refund in the amount of $187.50.
